No Retail Markup

We apply a modest, transparent craftsmanship fee, avoiding the high markups of up to 10x seen elsewhere on diluted precious metals. Our fee covers in-house design, artisan craftsmanship, hand-finishing, quality control, shipping, duties, hallmarking, storage, logistics, premium packaging, and postage.

Our retail pricing formula is: daily metal price + 7879 fee + 20% VAT

Superior Purity

The real value of jewellery depends on the purity of its materials. Gold purity is measured in karats; 24K (99.9% pure) is the highest, followed by 18K (75% pure), 14K (58.3% pure), and 10K (41.7% pure). Platinum purity is quantified in parts per thousand (9999 = 99.99%). Be aware that any gold below 24K includes other alloys, reducing its value. We exclusively offer 24K gold and pure platinum.

Priced by Weight

Our products are crafted from the highest quality materials: pure platinum and 24K gold. We prioritize giving our customers excellent value by not charging extra for brand name. Our pricing is straightforward, based on the weight of the metal plus a modest fee.

Track your jewellery's value and sell back at anytime

As platinum and gold prices increase, the value of your jewellery appreciates accordingly. Use your personalized 7879 portfolio to monitor the real-time value of your assets. You have the flexibility to sell your jewellery back to us at any time, receiving the current market price minus 4% - one of the best rates on the market.

Frequently asked questions

24-karat gold and 999 platinum are often thought to be too soft for wearable jewellery, but this is a misconception. Although pure metals like these are more malleable and typically more costly to produce, they are exceptionally durable. We ensure customer satisfaction by offering a lifetime warranty on any items that may sustain damage. Additionally, you can sell your items back to us at any time, in any condition, for cash based on the current value of the metal, less a nominal fee.

All our jewellery is officially hallmarked by the Assay Office, featuring the traditional UK marks that confirm our products' purity and quality. Each item also includes an authenticity certificate. Please be aware that laser engravings may leave a dark halo around these marks; however, this can easily be removed by gently rubbing with a cloth or your finger.

Many jewellery companies use 14 or 18 karat gold and still charge premium prices. We believe in a better, fairer approach. Every piece of our jewelry is crafted from pure 24 karat gold or pure platinum. This commitment to purity allows us to align our prices directly with the current market values of platinum and gold. When you buy from us, you're getting a higher quality product at a fairer and more transparent price.

We set our prices based on the current market rates for gold and platinum, ensuring transparency and fairness. Since our jewellery is made from pure materials, pricing is straightforward and based solely on the weight of each piece. Unlike many competitors, our website features live prices updated daily directly from international metal markets. This guarantees that you are paying the most accurate price at the moment of your purchase.

You have 30 days to return your unused jewellery for a full refund. Alternatively, you can sell your item back to us at any time for its current market value. To keep track of your jewellery's value, you can view the latest prices in your personal portfolio on our website.
